Keep in Touch Guidelines

Objective: the Keep in Touch service is meant to serve as continuous psychic support and guidance for those clients who feel they need more than the occasional question answered, and would also rather get fluent communication with their preferred reader(s). It’s meant to allow follow ups, updates and extended conversations filled with spiritual advice and guidance. 

Rules: anyone and everyone that decides to purchase this service, agrees to the following:

Questions per day: asking daily questions, but allowing them to be two questions at most when buying from a single reader, and three questions when buying from two readers. It is not compulsory to ask rutinary questions, but it is the most questions that can be asked. 

Questions per longer time frame: given this timeframe, there can be flexibility if there have passed many days without questions. For instance, if a weekly service is bought, but only one question was asked the first day and now it is the seventh day, you may ask 13 questions to catch up. However, given work and life responsibility overload, we advise and kindly ask you to ask your questions daily, and not to bundle them up until the end of the service. This being said, here is the limit of simple questions per one reader to be done in each period:

    • 1 week: 14 questions.
    • 2 weeks: 28 questions.
    • 1 month: 56 questions.
    • 6 months: 336 questions.
    • 1 year: 672 questions.

Waiting period: the waiting period for an initial response is 12 hours maximum. However, we will always get back to you as soon as possible. The reading response will fluctuate, but it will be ideally sent to you within 24 h. Please bare in mind that this could be longer if your question is more elaborated and/or if you ask multiple sub questions and require a longer read. However, you will always be informed about the reading process and will remain updated of the status of it all.

Readings after service has ended: if, by any chance, you do not receive all your answers within the time you hired the service, you will still get them afterwards; however, these will allow limited clarifying questions (1 clarifying question tops). 

Harder reads and questions equivalents: because some services require more time than others, we feel the need to explain the equivalence of said services to “simple questions”, so you know this when counting how many questions you have left or may ask:

  • Full birth chart reading = 14 questions.
  • Grand Tableau (Lenormand) = 14 questions. 
  • Past life = 4 questions.
  • Self improvement readings (cycle breaking, shadow work, life purpose or inner child) = 3 questions.
  • Deity/Entity ID = 5 questions.
    Ethics: readers reserve the right to not answer some questions you may ask if considered unethical or incapable of providing the service you request. However, you will always get an explanation of why your question cannot be answered. If all the questions you ask during your time hiring this service are unethical, you will be refunded by the end of it.

      How long do you take to send readings?

      We usually send them within a week! We try to get them as soon as humanly posible. If the maximum time stipulated for the serve that you bought has been exceded, and you still have no reading, contact us in our contact form mentioning your order number and we'll sort it out. (:

      How do I choose a reader?

      That's up to you! You can read about us on this page and decide intuitively who may be a good fit. However, either way you'll be in great hands!

      What is your refund policy?

      We refund services we aren't able to fulfill exclusively. This means we refund services that:

      1. We will not be able to fulfill in the time frame we've set for ourselves.

      2. We will not complete for ethical reasons.

      3. We do not feel comfortable completing.
